Therapy

Individual and family psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults being impacted by multiple life difficulties and/or wanting to increase their overall wellbeing. Sessions are typically 50-minutes. They typically occur weekly at the beginning of treatment and then become more spaced out as symptoms reduce and wellness increases. Goals and treatment are set with a collaborative approach and customized to the needs of the individual/family.

Psychological Assessment

Comprehensive testing and evaluations for children, adolescents and adults. Resilience has expertise in conducting psychodiagnostic, developmental, and immigration evaluations. A therapeutic assessment approach is used to collaboratively answer your questions and provide a treatment plan.  Assessment determines if an individual meets criteria for a specific diagnosis as outlined in the DSM-5-TR. This knowledge often helps individuals to define and access appropriate services and supports.

*Resilience does not provide custody recommendation evaluations.

Our goal is empowering natural supporters to be the primary agents of change
